Nidesoft DVD Audio Ripper enables you to extract the different tracks of your DVD discs and save it to a wide range of formats very easily.

Simply launch the program, open the DVD files (usually by clicking on your DVD drive) and select those you want to save. Select the target format from the drop-down menu and click on "Convert". Available formats come as profiles you can tweak by modifying certain parameters, but you can't create new custom profiles. The program also features an embedded player, and special editing tools to crop, trim or add an effect to your converted file.

The conversion process is surprisingly fast, although I must say we only tested it with small video fragments due to trial version limitations. Also, please note that this program may not work with fully protected DVD movies. In any case, I especially appreciated to be able to extract and convert tracks from a DVD in such an easy way.
